Bach & Boogie Terms of Service

1. Overview

Bach & Boogie is a joyful, weekly music class that brings together toddlers, parents, and senior residents for a shared experience of rhythm, movement, and classical favorites. We operate in partnership with senior living communities and families to create engaging, developmentally supportive sessions that enrich intergenerational connection.

These Terms of Service outline the expectations for all participants and partners—including facilities, parents, and caregivers—to ensure smooth, respectful collaboration.

2. Services Provided

• Weekly sessions: 45-minute interactive music classes, 1x/week
• Facilitators: Community members who have an interest in early childhood and elder engagement
• Format: Sensory-rich experience using pre-recorded classical music, live instruments, and movement prompts
• Location: On-site at your facility in a shared community space (e.g. rec room, dining area, or common hall)

3. Payment Terms

• Billing: Facilities are invoiced monthly, based on the number of scheduled classes in the period
• Payment Due: Within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Late Payments: After 30 days, a $25 late fee may be added, and services may be paused until payment is received

4. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

By You (the residence or parent):
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for a class cancellation. Missed classes may be refunded or credited, depending on the situation.

By Us (Bach & Boogie):
In the event we must cancel (e.g. illness, emergency), we will either offer a credit or refund as appropriate. Rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed.

Weather / Force Majeure:
In cases of extreme weather or emergencies, class may be canceled and either refunded or credited based on availability and discretion.

5. Participant Safety & Liability

• Children must be supervised by their caregivers at all times.
• Bach & Boogie and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries that occur during sessions.
• Facilities are responsible for maintaining a safe, accessible space for participants of all ages.
• We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

6. Media & Privacy

We occasionally take photos or short video clips during class to capture the joy of the experience.

To protect families' privacy, we ask that children’s faces be covered with emojis—preferably star emojis, which align with our brand—before any promotional use. Views that do not include children's faces are OK to be used without annotation.

No identifying images of children will be used publicly without parental consent. If your facility has additional privacy requirements, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

7. Conduct & Respect

We aim to create an inclusive, joyful environment for everyone. We ask that all staff, residents, and guests treat the facilitator and participants with kindness and mutual respect. We reserve the right to end a session early if the environment becomes unsafe or hostile.

8. Agreement

By participating in or submitting payment for Bach & Boogie services, you acknowledge that you’ve reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service. These apply to both hosting facilities and families participating in class. Questions? We’re happy to clarify—just reach out.
