Every 45-minute class follows the same arc. For children, that predictability builds mastery — after a session or two, a toddler hears Largo begin and slows right down to meet it, long before they can say the word. For caregivers and seniors, it means you can relax and be fully present.

Slow, calming music. No activity expected — just listening, swaying, or resting. The shift into Largo is one of the defining moments of every class — a chance to discover what stillness actually feels like in your body.

Fast & playful
Energy returns. The same simple musical idea comes back — now faster, louder, more alive. Toddlers carry instruments to seniors. Real connection happens right here.
Boogie!
Joyful & shared
Everyone joins in — dancing, moving, a little chaotic in the best way. We end on a high note with a fun mix of Elvis, The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, and so much more.
Because kids can appreciate great music without it being made kiddie first. Toddlers already hear plenty of songs built to teach counting and colors — what they rarely get to hear is Bach, Beethoven, Led Zeppelin, Bing Crosby, or Yo-Yo Ma. So that's what we play. No gimmicks, no watered-down versions — just the real thing.
